Hi my names Jhey (Jay) I'm 27 years old, from Slough in Berkshire. Recently I got a new bike for commuting (Specialized Sirrus Elite) and really started to enjoy cycling. On my days off from work I've decided to adventure out into the wild on my bike on rides ranging from 20 miles to 60 miles, I keep track of my rides on my Garmin Edge 200 so I'm always trying to push myself that little bit harder lol.
