Quick hello from a new member hailing from London. Just bit the bullet and bought a turbo trainer for these cold months and am looking to get active with the Bkool Simulator.

Advice and suggestions on using the app more than welcome!

It's not too cold for outdoor cycling in these parts however Just get to Wandsworth Decathlon for a buff, jacket and decent gloves
