Hi everyone.

It’s taken a while, but I’ve finally returned to pedal power after thirteen years! And last Sunday I threw my leg over the cross bar and hit the road…..

It frightened the bejesus out of me

I’ve gone from a supremely confident cyclist covering thousands of miles a year to a shaking wreck hanging onto the traffic light post and waiting for all the big scary cars to pass, but I’m sure that will improve as the miles roll on.

Anyway, having now realised that my shiny new ride is fitted with all sorts of kit that I’ve never seen before I’m off to trawl through the maintenance section for hints and tips.
