Hello -
Ian posting from Okinawa, Japan. I caught wind of this site from a few searches. I'm originally from the states and grew up mountain biking. Riding in Okinawa is almost exclusively road based, so I've had fun getting to know the road side of the sport. I'm registered for the Tour de Okinawa that takes place in mid-November, so I'm particularly interested in training suggestions and programs.
