Hi everyone I am 44 and just got back into cycling after losing a big chunk of weight!
I now try to get out at least 3 times a week and have just managed to get up Holme moss for the first time!
I also play walking football which is harder than it sounds!

Have visited Holmfirth several times, it`s a lovely town, I could quite happily live there! Very lumpy too, if you can get out on some club rides then do, your cycling will come on in leaps and bounds. Enjoy!
