Hello from a Canuck/ex-pat Brit.

That means I resent Americans' brash confidence as much if not more than you. But, as we share a very long border, have learned how to talk turkey with the best of 'em.

One thing I admire about Americans is that few stand still long enough to let a chip settle on their shoulders.

Individually, they do have their virtues.

Of course, I might just as well be American when in UK (or on the Internets?).

Just as most North Americans can't tell a Brum brogue from a Sawf London accent, most Brits can't differentiate a Texas twang from Vancouver vogue ... eh?

Of course, I soon set them straight with my withering Wednesfield wit.
