[e-rider]

This is a new event taking place next weekend in the Norwich area. It is run under the British Cycling banner and for some reason was limited to 500 riders (I think) - a low number anyway.

I entered simply becasue it's on my doorstep and wanted to support the event - anyone else on CC doing it?

PS - it's now full so you can't enter if you haven't already ;-(

Let us know how you get on, it's the day after the Old Squit 200k Audax so I wasn't up for it, but it seems qiute a big event this early on in the season.

Hadn't heard of it, and it doesn't appear to have hit the radar of the norfolkcycling bods either which is surprising. I occasionally use that route for training, save the Mulbarton-Hethersett bit (I do Mulbarton-East Carleton-Thickthorn) - reasonably flat and exposed for a bit of wind fighting!

Starting at 9am ish and doing two laps (60 miles).

route wasn't great and the weather was rubbish - punctured on the first lap to make things worse! 69 miles in total by the time I got home.
