Hetchins frame

I went to look at this frame yesterday. It looks like it has suffered a front end shunt at some time. The downtube has a large crease in it ant the top tube the same to a lesser extent. What are my chances of getting this repaired at a reasonable cost?

Vernon Barker has a price list on his website which would suggest at least £100 per tube. Not sure what others charge.
