My rear hub on my fixed is not good
I took it out in the rain on thursday, then went on it to go to work on saturday. It clunked abit but i didnt think too much about it.
Ive gone on it today and its clunking worse. I limped home, having to tighten up the bolt on the hub every so often to stop the wheel wobbling
Heres a pic of it after i took the nuts off from one side
On one side, the bearings show, on the other side they dont, so the axle isnt sitting straight,
Since i had the Langdale frame when i built it up, theres always been a slack tight spot, which ive always had on all of my fixed bikes.
Ive got a feeling it could of been this causing that slack tight chainess.
So what can i do? Is the hub ****ed? Do i just need to take the axle and bearings out and put new ones in? They are cartridge bearings in that by the way, its a System ex fixed/fixed hub.
HELP!!!!
