Help with Ridgeback Genesis frame sizes

Hello

I had my trusty Gensis Day 2 that I bought in 1994 stolen last Thursday evening. I've tried searching everywhere but can't find out what the 'small' frame size is in either cms or inches (it seems the measurements vary for each 'small' from Ridgeback depending on the bike.) I'd be grateful if anyone could help out.

Have you tried asking Ridgeback?

54cm according to the website

or 17" depending on the model.

Go to the ridgeback website, click on the model most similar to yours, then click on the small orange square with the propellor symbol in the bottom left hand corner under toolbar.

Thanks for that advice. I had tried Ridgeback but got no reply and I had looked at the website but they've stopped making the Genesis this year and there isn't really anything that similar (maybe the Flight?)

I suppose it's just down to guess work then.

The Flight would be the same geometry as the Genesis. It looks like the same bike with disc brakes. How tall are you? I am 5'8" and I bought a 56cm Genesis a few years ago, which was actually a bit big for me. I should have bought the next size down.

Thanks, thats useful to know. I'm almost 5'6'' so maybe mine was a 54cm. I always had the seat post pretty low.

I've a Flight T3 (great alround bike) 54cm and I'm 5'9"
