Help with cake stops

Velo moira are planning a rie to the cat and fiddle climb soon but i have no idea about cake stops on route from Moira / Rosliston Derbyshire to Macceslfield.
Fairly new people so we would need maybe 2 stops + one in ashbourne.

Just before you reach the summit of the cat and fiddle there is a decent cafe. The pub at the top has been closed for a few years now.

At 55.6km bear left and go over the top of Ipstones edge until Bottom rather then drop down to the A523 . Well worth the effort, the views are spectacular and it'll keep you off the A523 a tad longer witch is pretty unpleasant road frequented by high speed traffic and quarry trucks . Local knowledge

Depending on the time of day you could call into the cafe at Arighi Bianchi which is at the bottom of the Cat and Fiddle or make a slight detour into Macclesfield and go to Cheshire Gap on Mill St.
