So I am replacing all my brake cables as the current ones have seen better days.
I have started on the front and having removed the old bar tape and undoing the retaining bolt on the caliper I have been able to pull the old cable through the shifter hood. The problem is I slowly pulled the outer from the hood but have noticed the end cap is stuck in the hood which has meant that I can't route the new cable. Anyone any ideas how to remove the old end cap as I have limited access?
