Help repair my zip

Just about any phrase or concept can be misconstrued as double entendre.
That doesn't mean we should or, that it is funny.
This thread is about repairing a zip.

Can anyone help with this jacket.
It has a double zip, one side has jumped and now has an extra tooth which means the zip is no longer aligned so I can’t open or close the zip.

I don’t want to damage the jacket. It’s only 2 months old so I could return it as a last resort.

Dont know where you live but in Warrington there is a workwear shop that also advertises as a "zip hospital". They fixed the chunky one on my golf bag.
Google 'zip hospital' were you live and see if anything comes up.

Did i ever tell you all about that time a patient got his foreskin caught in a zip,when i worked at a local hospital? A doctor was called and he did an on the spot circumcision. Forty years later i'm still wary about tucking things in before zipping up!

That's funny, my Dad who was a GP, told me the same story. It involved a shot of local anaesthetic and a swift movement.
