Help me fit my bikes please.

I do not have access to bike fittting and my wife is cluless about bike stuff so can i have you opinions on my bike fit please?

My original fit according to calculating seat height was about 2 cm to high , so i have dropped the seat height and move the saddle back a bit but i still need some opinions please !!

the way I do it is to take spanners/Allan keys and go for a ride and keep adjusting until you get it right, start with heel on peddle and go from there

edit: easier said than done - I can't find it, sorry! Maybe later I'm makin' my tea now. It was by someone knowledgeable who posts regularilly too!!!

I have been out doing some measuring and the yellow one is 1 cm longer on the top tube, go figure i always thought they were they the same ...
