Help. Mars 4.0 Mount

Anyone know how to get these off? I've pushed and pulled it, tried to take off the big red screw, tried to take off the other screws and it won't budge.

Its simple to detach the light from the bracket you just push the lever in at the bottom of the bracket and pull the light out, no force is needed.

Oh and to get the mount of you just unscrew the big screw with the red cap, one its removed completely you can pull out the black strap.

No I don't mean the light, I mean the mount itself. How does one remove that? I'm sure I took it off a few months ago no problems but it won't budge now.

Sorted, who'd have thought a plastic screw could get that stuck .
