I wouldn't bother identifying it, I'd just ride it and then sit drooling over it. Built in the days before some retarded philistine decided matt black would be a nice colour for bike frames.

PKN-10E Competition? Peugeot ID usually mean wading through catalogues and looking for stickers on the frame. Very nice though
