Help for Heroes are putting on the Ride to Recovery through the Yorkshire Dales on July 29th.
There are three different routes available, a family fun 10 mile, a slightly more challenging 33 mile or the all-day 76 miles.
Cyclists will set out from Catterick Athletic Stadium; the 76 mile route will go around the Yorkshire Dales including a 526 metre climb up the Buttertubs pass, a whizz past the historic Castle Bolton and along the valley towards Askrigg, there’s also a stop in the pretty village of Reeth for lunch.
All the money raised will go to Catterick’s Personnel Recovery Centre (PRC), Phoenix House. There will be Help for Heroes staff on hand at the start and finish to talk to people about the facility.
Hope to see you there!
