I've worked most of the holidays and have a couple of shifts before a two week break
Problem is I have a dreaded lurgi:sad:

I cycled to work with gusto Xmas, boxing and the new years, plus its all brownie points for a spring bike through the CTW program, never mind treble and double time.

Now I have the time for fun I'm getting chest pains when cycling, I'm guessing chest infection, need to make an appointment if I'm no better come Tuesday.

Any help in my diet with what could help a chest complaint, pasties, pies and cheesey pasta are banned from now on:hungry:

Yes I can, Yes I am, Yes I did...Repeat.
Second the go to doc advice.

FWIW
I had some chest pains when cycling fast during a chest infection...I guess the heart is under more strain at such times trying to get oxygen to where it is needed. My limited logic tells me to ease back on the exertion when a pain is present and concentrate more on deep steady breathing.

+ for the doc.
Garlic has antibacterial properties if it is a bacterial problem. If it is a virus, hard exercise while you are infected can permanently damage your heart.
