I am sorry I have been so quiet....I hope you didnt think the new layout had scared me off Shaun

After what has been a really st**ty year up to now I am still here and back on my bike and hopefully around on here much more often than i have been.
I have missed you all (some more than others ) and hope you havent forgotten all about me by now.

Oh, and how do I remove people off my friends list?? I cant seem to find a way? Its nothing personal about anyone, I am just having a re-vamp of my profile

Oh sweetie how are you!!!! I've also had a crappy last 5 months culminating in me going on Thursday for an Angina test - I was carted off to A&E last Tuesday with a suspected heart attack (thankfully it wasn't) but it's shook me up a bit...
