Hi, I've been a lurker on this forum for a few months and found it all really interesting, lots of knowledge on here that's for sure!

I've recently got back into cycling having had a 5 year hiatus or 5 years of being lazy whichever way you see it! I'm currently riding a 9 year old Dawes Giro 400, which to be honest isn't as bad as it sounds! I've put some upgrades on so it's mostly 105 running gear now.
