I've cycle toured and commuted for years but only bought a road bike a couple of years ago. 2017 I rode London to Paris for the Alzheimers Society and really got the bug. Last winter I trained on a basic turbo but Santa brought a Bkool Go smart trainer and I'm trying to get used to that (resistance is higher than our old one), as asthma stops me doing much outdoors when it's cold.
