Hello everyone - I'm a newbie bike person.
I only got into bikes recently when I started volunteering at a local fix-your-own-bike place, but I developed from there and now I'm interested in all things bikes. I've read every bike mechanics book I found in the university library and most of Sheldon Brown's website, so hopefully I'll be able to contribute a little bit in exchange for all the knowledge I'll get from you guys.
I found this forum when I was looking for a 9 speed STI shifter (and since I still cannot post in the classifieds section, I'll probably be looking for quite some time), but I've visited some other threads on the way and I think now I'm here to stay.
