Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a great Sunday.

Got this bike,

Got a few things i want to do to it and i thought i would come onto this forum and speak to some people that might be able to enlighten me.

I have two main issues at the moment, Clarence of the rear wheel, as in its scratching the front gear changer and also i wanted to change the crank shaft and and cassette to the new Sram 12 speed. https://www.tredz.co.uk/.SRAM-XX1-Eagle-12-Speed-Direct-Mount-Chainset-32T_91963.htm

the reason the tyre is catching is it's too big for that frame design.
