Yea, L.A is an almost bike-unfriendly city. Too many cars. Few marked bike lanes. Some commutes would simply be impossible by bike. Actually I plotted new routes no driver would ever take. Sometimes I noticed I was actually moving faster than the cars. That feels awesome!

Hello and welcome. We’re mostly Brits on here but there are also a quite a few from across the pond. As you’ve discovered commuting by bike in a big city is the best way.
