Started cycling in 1975. I'm now 73yo. But I keep in shape by jogging, doing HIIT's on a trainer once or twice weekly to maintain my fitness so I can pootle during my half day weekend ride/s. Minimalist training. My road bike is fitted with a 44/32/22 crankset and a 9-speed 11-28 cassette. Thanks for the warm welcome, guys.
