Hello from West Yorks!

[MCF Bike Charity]

Hi there, we're a bike maintenance charity called MCF, just joining CycleChat to keep up with the cycling community, especially in our area. We run a couple of community bike projects in Bradford (all our others are in prisons all over the north of England) where we supply affordable reconditioned bikes and free drop in maintenance training to keep people using them.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello, maybe see if anyone out there is doing similar work around the UK or knows of some local bike events we can tell our community about.

As far as similar projects go, Happy Days Cycles in Sowerby Bridge is a social enterprise that you could look at/share experiences etc. with.
