Hello there,

Thought its about time I found a cycle forum. I've been tinkering with bikes since I was old enough to steal my dads spanners. Got a bunch of bikes that I have been rebuilding / modifying and hooning around on ranging from a heavy steel stead to a nice light Ribble.

Just getting my two girls (4 and 7) into cycling and have taken them on the Strawberry line and the Traka trail on my modified extra long touring bike for two.

Hello all,

Sorry for the slightly gruesome avatar, its from a big spill I had a few years back, just braking into a roundabout and hit a patch of something slippy and I went down at a fair speed. Fortunately my legs took the brunt of it!

I then spent a few minutes acting as a traffic calming measure before I could get up.
