Hi there I've recently really got into health and fitness and I'm always trying to find ways to become a healthier person and make healthier choices in life. It's been six months now since i decided to begin cycling to work and I haven't looked back since. I own an electric bike and found that when i first started cycling it was easy enough to pedal without exhausting myself as i went head first and cycled every day. I love it when anyone asks me for advice on cycling both to work and as a hobby, and it's definitely become a topic of interest for me so i'm really excited to be part of the cycling community!
