Hi,
New to cycling and not really been on a bike since I was a teenager, so a very long time ago. Main aim is to keep fit and mobile so I can continue to enjoy my grandchildren. I also do lots of gym and running and wanted to add come cycling in to try and save my knees a bit. I have a Giant Defy 1 2014 and I recently bought a Tacx Bushido Smart turbo trainer as I work until late most nights so most of my riding will be indoors apart from the odd couple of hours on a Sunday. I use Trainer Road on an iPad Air2 which works really well, unfortunately I can't say the same for the Bushido but that's a story for another thread.
