My name is Andrew and took up proper cycling about 10 years ago as a way to relieve back pain and keep myself fit. Majority of my cycling is commuting and I enjoy the 16 mile commute to London about 3 days a week. A bit of a weekend warrior as well and most weekends are seen heading south into the Surrey Hills or East into Kent.
