Hello everybody. Rumours of my death have been greatly exaggerated. I did take an unwanted 7 month break from cycling due to a vicious assault but prior to that my time was not my own. Anyway I am back in the saddle and in training for my second MTB Marathon in Builth Wells in April

I'm sure al lot has changed in my absence but I will do my best to catch up.
