Hello everybody

[Berk on a Bike]

Just a quick hello to introduce myself and break my duck on the forum (after a bit of anonymous loitering). I'm a 40-something from West Yorkshire who took up cycling about 15 months ago basically to get fitter (tick), lose a few pounds (tick) and roll like the pros do (um...). I follow professional road racing (the TdF visiting my neck of the woods this year was stupendous) and have been known to watch a bit of cyclocross too.

I'm looking forward to continuing to dip in to the forum and hopefully contribute a bit.
