Hello Dear Bike People I am noob in picking bikes, please help.

I am looking for a Hybrid bike for going for Groceries (basket is not a must since i can always e-bay cheap one) and take my cat to the Vet (she is a huge 16 lbs Maine Coon, I will put her carrier on the parcel shelf which is not a must since I can ebay it), and for Pokemon hunt. My budget is Very limited - £150 and my boyfriend don't like to get 2nd hand stuff. I am 5'5, charts say I need 16" frame. Here are few bikes which I "kinda like", if you have any other suggestions please feel free to put them in the comments.

1st: https://www.cnfoutdoors.co.uk/universal-classic-ladies-700c-hybrid-bike-with-basket - I like this because it looks good (lol), have interesting stats (well I'm a noob so I guess everything will look nice for me), reviews on amazon and other websites are nice.

2nd: http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/product/69866/Viking_Belgravia_2015_Womens_Bike - I've heard mixed reviews about Viking bikes, but they look like they have everything I need.

3rd: http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bik...-raleigh-mayon-womens-mountain-bike-17in-19in - Whatever price, Raleigh have good reputation - well from the past and this one has aluminium frame. It's mountain bike but I used to use my last mountain bike in urban areas and it was kinda OK, I can alway get basket and shelf.

There are so many choices!

Welcome to Cc @Crazy Kat Lady from another crazy cat lady!
Calling @vickster because she is in the know of all make, models, prices of bikes in the universe.
A few tips:
not all racks (parcel shelves?) fit all bikes, also you need to make sure the rack is solid and well fixed to the bike.
I would not get a basket, I don't like the steering of the bike with a front basket, and your stuff gets wet. Get waterproof panniers instead - Aldi's or Liddle's will do if you're on a budget.
Please do not take your cat to the vet on a bike rack, it's not safe.
Get a trailer - or the boyfriend or you could even make one.
I transport the cat in this: link. There are cheaper trailers available.
If you tow a trailer, it is better to have a bike with a kick stand.
Remember, you will need some basic tool to keep you mobile: spare inner tubes, tyre levers, allen keys, some spanners to fit the bike rack, a track pump (indispensable) and a smaller pump for the road, a little bottle of chain lube.
Winter riding in the UK also needs lights, it's mostly dark here.
Post pictures when you got the bike!

Thank You guys for the Wonderful Answers.

@cyberknight - This bike looks lovely, I am going to show it to my boyfriend in the morning, I hope he gives it a green light.

@Pat "5mph" - You are right, it's not very safe and Tbh I was thinking of a trailer my boyfriend laughed at me.

Unless your boyfriend`s riding the bike and taking the cat to the vet do what works for you

Indeed. Without being glib, if he controls you that way, it's time to throw him over. Bb
