Finally found out how to create a "Thread", not the best or brightest computer user. I am male, 60 soon to be 61 residing in the Principality of Wales. From my home it is up hill everywhere and strangely up hill back. I ride a Dawes Karakum bike (poorly) yet as much as I love riding it I suffer from motivational issues hence joining the forum to sort of urge me on a bit. I am a bit fat but fairly fit as I work outdoors in a manual capacity (University dogs body) I suffer from several old man problems such as creaky knees, sore shoulders, dodgy prostate and going bald. Don't smoke or drink, fight the flab daily and my main hobby other than cycling is trying to do a bit of good (raising money for charity etc) as a Freemason.
