brought my 10 year old a bike from helfords just 8 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago front mech fell off so took back to shop and had it replaced.tonight a peddle arm fell off. hes lost faith in bike and dose not want to ride it anymore in case it breaks and he fells off gets hurt . anyone know my rights in taken it back so i dont get fob off by some smart arse manager.
