I bought a campaganoli 11/8 head set, but when I put the bearings in the frame there is a little movement, about 2/3mm are there different sizes or do I have to shim it out.

If you are talking about the upper and lower cups they should definitely not slosh around in the frame, in fact they need to be pressed in to fit (with a headset press or homemade alternative). Just in case your frame needs a 1 1/4" headset (or adaptor) see this re sizes.

I think he is talking about the bearing cartridges in an A-Headset, not the old threaded type.
I didn't think he was talking about old threaded headsets (because I don't think Campag make them in 1 1/8") but I wonder if he is talking about conventional Campag aheadset (3rd in pic below) since they are common. But of course you are right the OP might also be talking about their integrated ones. This should hopefully help him distinguish re frame fit.
