I have been pondering treating myself to some of these and I when I looked last there was only one option, Aftershokz, which people seem happy with. When I came to look now though there seems to be a new name about, Damson, has anyone tried these? My first thought is they seem bulky but the few reviews Ive seen are positive and they work with a helmet but the opinion of someone who has them would help.

They look nicer than the Aftershokz ones that I have.

I've got Aftershokz Sportz 3 - they're pretty good, but funny enough, I've just emailed Aftershokz today, as they randomly just stop emitting sound. I had thought it was a battery problem, but the 'on light' still flashes. Turn 'em off and then on again and hey presto, sound comes back...so, while I was happy enough with my Aftershokz up until recently, we'll see what they come back and suggest

I've got the Damson ones. I use them for cycling and running. They fit fine with a helmet. I did have Aftershokz but I found them a bit too flimsy (snapped a few pairs) and I struggled to hear the music sometimes.

Bluez 2 user here (also) and i too love'em! I like the look of the Damson, It reminds me a lot of the Motorola bluetooth headsets and looks like they would 'sit' slightly better (lower down the head???) to the Bluez 2.

Aftershokz have a new product coming out soon so i suggest holding off until its released and there are reviews up. I use my aftershokz everyday on my commute and its been absolutely fab

I got the Headbones and have been very happy with them but I had an issue recently when the right headpiece started crackling. Contacted support who replaced it within two weeks, disappointed they had the issue but pretty happy with the response.
