Have not trashed a bike since 1970

Hi all, my name is vin, I live in South Australia! I have not had much interest in two wheels without an engine since the late 60s. I love to restore motorcycles however of late I have acquired a few bicycles that I thought I might restore. The bike in the link I thought might be the first one to do. I have know idea of its make or year so any help identifying or hints on restoration would be appreciated.
