Hi I placed an order with this company 3 weeks ago for some energy bars but have not received anything. I used their online enquiry form to contact them and ask where my order is but have had no response. The phone number is also not recognised. Have I used a bogus website? Anyone had any experience of them before?

I have checked my credit card statement and no transaction is showing. I have Googled 186 Hornchurch Road and it seems to bring up Chicago Shaker Bar. I went on Steve Barker Business Sales site and there is a picture of Chicago Shaker Bar - it would seem it is up for sale. I think the business has moved/closed and they have not charged my card.
