Hard to change to big ring

Hi all

On my Genesis Croix de Fer I have to push the lever right to the end of its travel and hold it there before it changes to the big ring.

Do you think that's just a bit of cable stretch and I just need to adjust the front mech to compensate?

Nail - Head I would adjust the cable before touching the limit screws.

...and if it's been a while, you could try sticking a bit of lube down the cable too.

Yeah, I would go with cable tension as well. All the limiting screws will do is make it so you can't shift, not that it would be hard.

Yeah, I meant the position of the mech rather than the limit screws. I'll have a fiddle.
