As long as I breathe, I attack.
The handlebars on my commuter keep slowly turning down in the stem over a couple of weeks, any idea how to make it stay?
Shim, loctite ?
Luckily i have the bar marked for position.

Odd. I would be concerned that this happening repeatedly could be scoring the bars and creating a potential fracture point.
I replaced a relatively new set of bars for that very reason. They'd worked loose and got scored. Lightweight aluminium, deep scores and serious pulling up from being on my fixed seemed like a bad combination to me.
mmmmm
I think i will be spending any x mas cash on a new bar then.

I had this exact problem on my Allez when I replaced the original stem for a shorter one (the length had nothing to do with the rotation).
The stem bolts were as tight as possible. I considered shorter bolts as these were "bottoming out".
In the end I used vulcanising cement (inner tube repair glue) as a "flexible" shim - the bars don't flex. Just a thin layer, waited for it to go "off", then assembled and tightened (same stem and bolts that were previously rotating).
12 months/8000 miles later the bars haven't budged
