Can I raise the handlebar stem of boardman hybrid comp? The frame size is 21 inches. I have needed to raise the saddle height to the correct position for riding. I am asking this question because I seem to remember being told by the Halfords boys that the handlebar stem could not be raised. Many thanks

No I'm afraid you can't with the stem that comes with the bike as it's already flipped to the max hight, you'll have to buy another stem.
