Hamstrings

Last couple of times I have being out, Im having pain in my hamstrings.
Never happened before any idea folks?

Not warmed up?

Im 22... I've recently adjusted my saddle to a inch higher.
Could be the warming up part, would do you guys do a warm-up??

If you've just raised your saddle, you could be overstretching them

Do you use big gears? Big gears and saddle too high can make your hammies twinge.

If your saddles not low or such like: give them a rub - towards the heart !
