Go on, tilt your head!
How long ago did you do it?

I tore my hamstring for the first time a couple of months back. Whilst I didn't play football for about three weeks (could have been less but can't quite remember) I was able to ride on it after about 10 days. It felt a bit tight at first but was ok after about 10 mins. I would have struggled on steep hills but was able to spin up easily enough on the flat stuff. It took a couple of games before I started to get the confidence back to give 100% in challenges / stretches for the ball etc

I did my hamstring at the beginning of the summer and I rode after about 3 weeks I think. I read some info on the net and it said rest is the most important part, ice is not always advisable specially at the beginning.

I still feel the hamstring is tight and I have to do stretches before I ride.

Tore the hamstring 4 weeks ago just seems to be taking forever ( I know I`m impatient ! ) I have been stretching etc and it does seem as though there is a slight improvement ...........fingers crossed !
I am going to have a gentle spin in the next few days see how it goes ( I need my fix ! )
Thanks for all the comments etc
