Well, I bought a bike through the companies C2W scheme last year and with it I bought a service plan, so the bike was due a service. It's a Sirrus 2008 which was too small frame size and Halfrauds refused to change it. Anyway, when I put the bike in last week, the front wheel was rubbing. I went to pick it up today and the front wheel was still rubbing and the tyres were softer than when they went in. After a quick ride around the carpark I brought the bike straight back to the bike mechanic (sorry, shop assistant, he was not the one that was supposed to have serviced it). I said look the tyres are soft, the wheel rubs and he said it needed a new brake cable. I let him put a new one on and he tried to get the wheel running without touching the brakes. What a Dick (yes, I think his name was Richard) When I got the bike home, the back wheel is now rubbing against the brake. To make things worse I have another £400 of vouchers on the way.
I know there is an expensive high spec shop that takes them but I think I'll go for a Sirrus Sport Large frame this time. I've emailed an lbs to see if they take the vouchers.
