Halfords Monkeys

I went to Halftords on Tuesday to buy some Ar/CO2 gas, as you do, and usually pop upstairs to their BikeHut, namely to gloat.

They had a mountain bike with mechanical disc bakes and had routed the cable between the tyre and the fork legs brace!

TW*TS!!!



(oh, in case you are wondering, they were out of the gas)

I got my Conti Race 28s there (I have some that are more patch than tube now, so it was about time).

No marking or anything in store, so ask the folk on the counter if the offer's still on.
