rang them yesterday; explained I had a LoC burning a hole in my pocket and the web said they had the bike I wanted in stock in my size. They confirmed they had it and said they would build it up for me. "No bother, if you don't make it in we will just put it on display"
Collected it at lunchtime today, they happily stripped all the dumb ass reflectors off it, it's an MTB after all, tweaked the lever positions, shifted the saddle position, and adjusted the height, pumped the tyres to my requested psi and sewnt me on my way.
25 miles of shake down ride later all I've done was let a little air out of the tyres; the bike has been perfectly prepped and setup.
