Depends on how much they want for it. It would make an OK, low end commuter. Not sure why you would want a suspension fork though. The spec is a bit vague in a few areas, but that is SOP.

Can purchase it new for £270 , or can get a Dawes 401 Discovery for £350 ,but then would have to buy mudguards on top .
