Hi all
(not sure if this is the best place to post this( new here...) if an admin thinks this would be better somewhere else, or could make a "sticky" then please feel free/thanks!)
Hackney Bike Workshop has been helping people learn how to fix their bikes in East London for over 12 years now...we are entirely volunteer run, and rely on donations ( and some funding from London Cycling Campaign/others)
We could really use some more mechanics!....are you a bike shop worker or an experienced home mechanic looking to earn some karma/brownie points?!
Could you donate 2 hours a month ( or more!) to help people learn how to service and maintain their bikes?
...then we would love to have you!
we run three workshops a month, and a Tour de France social event planned soon ( more details to follow)....please get in touch
