H & L screw blues.

If someone totally plays around with your front mech H & L screws & then you find it ultra tight changing into big ring, can you find the original places & have it back to normal without having to in do the 5mm cable?

The chain seems to get trapped as it changes. Also which is H & L as they're unmarked. Just left screw & right screw.

The RH screw is usually the outer limit. Put the chain on the small ring, and back out the screw half a turn at a time and see if that helps the shift to the big ring. If that does not work after a couple of tries, then release the cable and try some experimentation with the screws and moving the mech manually.
